I don’t know about you, but I have serious trouble committing to a full month of one workout class. Yoga, running groups, spinning, zumba — I’ve tried them all. It’s not that I’m lazy, it’s just that doing the same exercises day in and day out is too repetitive for my style. I’m a multi-tasker in life and require constant stimulation and change in my workout routine as well. I’ll quit, not because of lack of motivation, but because I’m bored.
Fusion Fitness, now open in the Dallas Design District, is just the workout solution for multi-taskers like myself. Fusion takes a three-tiered approach to their classes, focusing on speed, strength and stretch. They give you one workout that combines them all and changes it up to keep it interesting! Blast calories with a fast-paced cardio routine, tone and sculpt with resistance exercises to strengthen your entire body, and tighten your core and elongate your posture with pilates poses.
Founded by Austin native, Lander Peerman, a self-confessed chocolate lover, lululemon fanatic and listmaking fiend, (we should totally be friends!) Fusion Fitness offers private training, duet training, small group training, and group fitness classes. The fitness center is the first dedicated workout facility in the Dallas Design District.
“I wanted to be the first fitness studio in the an area where sense of community is shared by everyone. It is the premier location for the fusion of fitness and creativity. I love the Design District and everything it has to offer,” says Peerman.
Fusion is hosting a Grand Opening Party on Saturday, April 14th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM with brunch bites, mimosas, and some amazing swag bags for the first 25 guests. They will be discounting all the Fusion classes for those people who sign up that day and giving two free class passes to everyone who comes to the celebration. There will also be a Lululemon gift card raffle for one lucky winner.
