For many years, it was little more than a collection of warehouses. Then furniture shops and interior design studios moved in, but they didn’t cater to the general public. Now the district is enjoying its second renaissance. With its fine dining, art galleries, shopping, and, yes, even bowling, it's the city's next great entertainment destination.
