Arte Latino: Contemporary Latin American Artists

In March, LuminArte Gallery  welcomes a group of very talented contemporary Latin American artists representing Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Venezuela, Uruguay, Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica and the USA.

In this very special showcase, Texas based artists such as Daniela Matchael, Lupita Murillo Tinnen, Mario Gallegos, Patricia Rodrigue, Ines Beccar Varela, George Galindo and Augustine Cordero join with international artists including Alicia H. Torres, Anica Shpilberg, Francisco Ceron, Araceli Salcedo, Flavia D’Ascoli, Malena Peon, Anabel Peicher, Raquel Rub, Oswaldo Sandoval, Julio Bordas, Lina Linkimer and Lara Campiglia to express a wide range of perspectives and techniques while highlighting the cultural diversity of this widely influential community.

During the March 9 opening reception, a presentation of live music by accomplished Latin guitarist, Michael Henry Tillman and a sangria and wine tasting will further stimulate the senses during a vibrant evening of art and expression.
