A Texas-based luxury plumbing and hardware showroom is seeking an Operations Coordinator.

The coordinator is responsible for:

  • Processing inbound and out bound shipments and deliveries. Every delivery must be processed the same day it arrives.
  • Vendor follow up on purchase orders and defective merchandise replacement
  • Handling product returns and credits
  • Interacting with clients at will-call, on the phone and via email

Experience in shipping and receiving, knowing purchasing fundamentals, and possessing direct customer service background is a must as it relates to a SMALL COMPANY. Experience with counter sales would be a plus.

The applicant must be able to:

  • Learn mechanical aspects of plumbing fixtures and door hardware; how it works and how it goes together. We will train.
  • Use Microsoft office and use basic computer skills
  • Become an active member of the operations team supporting sales
  • Handle multiple things at once every day
  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communications skills
  • Be able to acclimate quickly to a new job and jump right in.
